Metal Fencing - I Should Have Thought Of That!

Here is an example of thinking outside the box.  This fence is constructed of 4" x 4" posts and 2" x 4" cross pieces all covered in 26 gauge Bare Zincalume custom flashings with the ever popular Cold Rolled Steel 7/8" Corrugated metal as the fencing.  Cold rolled steel is 22 gauge steel with no protective coatings which will allow the metal to rust to an amazing orange-brown color.  These panels were stored outside for about a year so they would be completely rusted at the time of assembly, but you could purchase the cold rolled steel panels, which will come to you with only minor rusting, construct your project then watch the color transform as the Northwest weather has its way!  Cold rolled steel is gaining popularity in this area due to its natural look and old-timey feel.  Now let me tell you the good part - THIS IS PRODUCED LOCALLY and we can get it quickly so give us a call and let's see your ideas become reality!

What a great idea for a super low maintenance fence!
